    Key Responsibilities: 岗位职责

    Engage in technical discussions with R&D personnel to understand ongoing projects and technological innovations;

    与研发人员进行技术讨论,了解正在进行的项目和技术创新;

    Gather background information or conduct searches to perform patent mining and infringement analysis, and devise patent application strategies.

    收集背景信息或进行检索,以进行专利挖掘和侵权分析,并制定专利申请策略。

    Assist in drafting patent applications and responses, submit patent applications, and maintain patent records.

    协助起草专利申请和答复材料,提交专利申请并维护专利记录

    Establish and manage a database of product patents, perform searches and analyses of relevant patent literature, and collaborate with researchers to compile detailed patent research reports.

    Monitor competitive patents and conduct preemptive analysis and reporting to keep the company informed of potential threats.

    Handle the preparation, revision, and review of patent disclosure documents, and manage related intellectual property costs calculating including payments

    Actively participate in training and learning opportunities related to intellectual property projects, relevant legislation, and procedural requirements.

    Requirements: 岗位要求

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Processing, Technology, or a related field.

    数据处理、技术或相关专业本科或以上学历

    Minimum of one year experience in intellectual property law or in a high-tech company focusing on patent writing, mining, and infringement analysis. Familiarity with the patent application process and intellectual property regulations in Singapore.

    Proficient in database and literature searches with strong information collection, analytical, and excellent report-writing skills.
