About the Department

The Retail function within our organization caters to the financial needs of Personal and Business Banking customers by offering tailored financial solutions. We assist them in managing their finances wisely, helping them achieve their financial objectives through a comprehensive range of products and services, including deposits, insurance, loans, investments, and wealth advisory.

Personal Financial Services

Our focus is on creating and delivering products and services that enable our customers to benefit from enhanced banking convenience while maximizing the value of their assets. We particularly emphasize promoting and nurturing sound saving and investment practices across different generations.

Job Responsibilities

Supporting the integration efforts of UOB and CITI bank's consumer wealth management business across 4 key ASEAN markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam).
Being a core team member of the wealth integration team reporting to the Wealth Integration Business Lead.
Ensuring successful Legal Day 1 (LD1) and Operational Day 1 (OD1) implementation across the 4 markets.
Understanding the unique business objectives of each market and aiding in the development of necessary products, processes, systems, and advisory for a seamless LD1 and OD1.
Collaborating with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Consultants to formulate LD1 and OD1 target operating model (TOM).
Working with PMO and country teams to establish TOM implementation plans encompassing business technical requirements, test plans, process documents, advisory models, client engagement strategies, and more.
Aligning with the established operating rhythm by engaging with both regional and country Project Steering Committees (PSC) and preparing essential presentation materials in collaboration with country and PMO teams.
Establishing a weekly cadence within the wealth integration work stream, outlining clear agendas, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with PMO and countries to support LD1 and OD1 TOM and timeline.
Providing support to the Wealth Integration Lead on all integration-related aspects and curating a central repository of data, information, and presentations for effective coordination within the integration team.
Collaborating with GTO stakeholders on system and process requirement development in consultation with countries.

Job Requirements

Hold a recognized university degree with a minimum of 5 years' relevant project management experience in established financial institutions or consulting companies.
Possess relevant experience in wealth management and insurance business.
Showcase strong project management skills and a proven track record, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow through practical work and outcomes.
Demonstrate robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to think independently and creatively.
Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills, with the capacity to present effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
