    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Program Manager at Red Alpha Cybersecurity. The Training Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training programs for trainees. They will also be in charge of analyzing training needs, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the training program.

    Training Program Management

    • Organize and monitor inter-connected trainee program with Head trainer
    • Decide on training program for trainees based on their experience, skills, test result and interest
    • Coordinate cross-project activities with trainers and trainees
    • Trainees Onboarding - follow up on online test, interview trainees, issue training bond and contract, facilitate 3 & 6 months follow up with trainees and partner company
    • Track training progress for trainees and ensure compilation of certifications
    • Coordinate with hiring partner companies with regards to placement of trainees
    • Liaise with Finance for Career Conversion Program trainees

    Partnership Company Management

    • Taking on the role of a recruitment source to understand partnership company' recruitment needs and assist in placing the right trainees
    • Source for hiring companies utilizing using web-based services, job portals data base and social media recruitment methods to network and identify the right company for Trainees
    • Evaluate company profile for partnership
    • Negotiating and sending out partnership contracts
    • Assume responsibility of screening companies background
    • Take part in career fairs
    • Working collaboratively with marketing on
    • Provide career advice and consultation to job-seekers
    • Facilitate and finalize contract for partnerships

    Requirements

    1. Minimally a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 5 years experience in program management or similiar
    3. Should feel at ease collaborating with various stakeholders.
    4. Can be trusted to responsibly complete tasks
    5. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
    8. Key attributes required are autonomy, accountability, task-oriented focus, and adeptness in multitasking.
