- Great understanding of best practices and audit process to deliver best in class campaigns.
- Continually building test and learn frameworks across Search campaigns, ensuring tests reach significance where possible and learnings / next steps are communicated to clients.
- Strong relationship with your team and senior stakeholders across the business
- Build relationships with Search reps across key biddable platforms
- Contributing to campaign performance to drive continued efficiencies across all campaigns
- Contribution to evolving best practices through A/B testing
- Exceeding client KPIs across all campaigns and growing business revenue through increased billings where possible.
- Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise Paid Search activity
- Regular tracking of platform run rates with ongoing commentary and actionable insights
- Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs
- Ongoing client servicing including but not limited to optimisation and campaign progress, prompt response to client and internal questions related to paid campaigns.
- Ongoing Paid Search strategy development and implementation with the search manager and lead
- Writing search ad copies to drive improved click through rates and relevancy for the searched keywords
- Business level English and Vietnamese Language skills – Ability to read & write in the language
- 1-2 years of experience in Search marketing on platforms like Google Ads, Apple Ads, Bing Ads is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for clear reporting capability
- Google Ads Fundamentals Certifications is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions
- Able to speak confidently and maintains good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
