- Strong knowledge in Project/Program Management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience: Project management experience in design and built of critical operation centre. 5+ years of operating critical operation centre platforms.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and Project Management certifications like PMP, Agile are preferred.
- Facility Design and Construction Management: Responsible for the design and construction of new operation centre facilities, involving requirement gathering with stakeholders, budget management, vendor management, and overall project management.
- Availability Planning & Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute strategies for uninterrupted facility availability, including proactive maintenance programs to prevent downtime.
- Downtime Mitigation & Resource Allocation: Develop contingency plans to minimize downtime and efficiently allocate resources for facility maintenance.
- Performance Monitoring & Emergency Response: Continuously monitor facility systems, develop emergency response plans, and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
- Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and keep detailed records of maintenance activities and downtime incidents.
- Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with vendors, optimize spending, and ensure timely responses for facility maintenance.
- Compliance, Safety, and Technology Integration: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, oversee safety protocols, and coordinate technology integration.
