- Stay informed about the latest IT applications and technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of new IT operations from conception to completion.
- Prepare statistical reports to aid decision-making processes.
- Manage technical challenges, collaborating with developers as needed.
- Facilitate demand management processes, including forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers and business units to prioritize IT initiatives based on strategic goals and resource availability.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on demand status, project priorities, and resource constraints.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Experience within Top-5 management consulting firms or as an internal Management Consulting would be a HUGE advantage
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement, or business analysis, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading or supporting quick-win initiatives or similar improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Understanding of financial applications and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
