    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description & Requirements:

    We're looking for a meticulous and detailed individual with a flair for numbers to join our Human Resource & Finance team on a full-time basis. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

    We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be Human Resource & Finance Administrator or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

    Responsibilities include:

    • Tabulating and processing payroll for all full-time and part-time employees
    • Coordinating hiring efforts by screening resumes of potential candidates and arranging for interviews with relevant personnel in the organization
    • Drafting employment contracts and filing employee records
    • Handling work pass applications, renewals, and issuance
    • Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims and account payments
    • Assisting the Finance Manager with credit control processes, budget planning, and expense analysis
    • Preparing and submitting GST and other periodic tax returns
    • Updating bank matters, bank reconciliation and banking of cash and cheque
    • Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information
    • Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that accounts are accurate and up to date
    • Ordering office supplies, equipment and updating inventory
    • Recording changes to staff members' information if needed
    • Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any relevant field
    • Practical experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks), spreadsheets (such as MS Excel), and databases (such as MS Access)
    • Personable team player with strong communication skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes
    • A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
    • Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
    • Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
