Administrative Assistant - Singapore - ABBA OL PTE. LTD.
Description
Participate and assist in coordinating F&B events, functions and projects. Assist and support the F&B department in the day-to-day administrative duties. Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments and ensure F&B operations run smoothly. Prepare and coordinate all payment requisition forms & market list for F&B outlets. Assist with requisition of F&B events and casual labour in the e-casual labour system. Prepare department month end report, transfer and monitor promotions for F&B outlets. Monitor all F&B reservations and update the outlet managers and chefs of any special bookings/requirements. Prepare the menu, place cards, and signs as appropriate. Solicit guests' feedback and report to the outlet manager for overall service improvement. Maintain and record all licenses, contracts required for the outlets and ensuring that they are kept updated. Attend meetings and take minutes when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills Able to work independently Proficient in MS Office Excellent time management skills
