Responsibilities

Manage projects and contracts from start to finish, keeping management informed of progress.
Create budget proposals and review specifications for new contracts or renewals.
Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing events, evaluation, approval, and agreement creation in SAP system.
Track budget allocation for all contracts.
Evaluate vendors and contractors' performance.
Supervise contracts to ensure compliance with terms and regulations.
Conduct site visits to brief contractors on project details.
Ensure timely contract renewals without gaps.
Review contract usage, verify payments, and assess vendor performances.
Handle any other assigned tasks and appointments.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
Familiarity with financial institution regulatory requirements and risk management in outsourcing and vendor management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and regulators.
Proven track record in contract review, monitoring, and implementing processes to meet obligations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is advantageous.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
