    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Perform a variety of business related functions:

    · Provide administrative support to the delivery of operations in a timely and efficient manner.

    · Manage a variety of work streams related to business contracts and correspondences for the Director, include but not limited to drafting letters, collating responses, and be the main point of contact

    · Work with the Human Resources Department on staff-related matters such as appointments/re-appointment matters

    · Carry out general administrative duties such as updating of SOPs and arranging internal events.

    · Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director

    Job Requirement

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

    · Candidates with other qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant work experience may also be considered.

    · Prior work experience in related field would be advantageous.

    · Meticulous, well-organised and have good time management to work in a fast-paced environment.

    · Able to communicate clearly, a strong team player and able to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
