Roles & Responsibilities

Local Financial Reporting, Taxation & Financial Management:

Responsible for precise accounting records for the company's local operations
Manage tax filing tasks, encompassing corporate tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax, to optimize tax provisions and streamline compliance
Collaborate closely with external auditors and tax agents to effectively address audit and tax-related concerns
Act as the primary contact for all tax inquiries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
Proactively identify and mitigate potential tax risks
Enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance
Review and validate daily payment requests
Fulfill other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO and Managing Directors

Group-Level Financial Management:

Coordinate and support group-wide activities, including group audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and the implementation of the IHQ program
Contribute to conducting of internal audits for group subsidiaries
Assist in streamline financial processes to meet the unique requirements of the IHQ incentive program

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
ACCA or CPA certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years working in Corporate Finance in multinational companies and large accounting firms
Demonstrated expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Navision
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is preferred as the incumbent requires to liaise with o oversea counterparts
