Description
Job Description
1. Assist the General Manager to manage and organise the Property section's tasks and see to the smooth operations of the section including human resource planning and performing the obligations of the department.
2. Oversee, organize and review the activities performed by the officers of Property Section regarding the Bank's building services/facilities management as well as handling of ad-hoc renovation projects within the allocated annual budget.
3. Management and control of the Bank's security and safety functions so as to ensure proper implementation and adherence to Bank's policies and Authorities' requirements.
4. Oversee the lease management and tenancy matters to ensure provision of quality service to tenants and meeting the Bank's target in increasing rental income and occupancy rate.
5. Perform the managerial signatory's responsibilities in the Property Section according to Bank, Department and Accounting Guidelines.
6.Handling of expatriates' accommodation matters including sourcing,
dealing with agents, viewing, tenancy documentations, taking over and handing over, reinstatements etc.
7. Assist Bank's other departments such as Retail Banking Department in performing property related matters to be in line with Bank's
expansion plans such as sourcing and renovating new branches.
8. Assist in other functions in the department as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience and knowledge of overseeing and managing facilities and related works in commercial buildings.
2. Professional qualification in Building, Facilities or Estate Management or other related disciplines and business administrative and management skills.
3. Possesses good communication, report writing skills as well as leadership skills.
