As a dedicated Nurse Assistant/Caregiver to young/elderly residents of assisted living, I am interested to the caregiver position opening posted online.

From 2017 up to present, I am working as a Nurse Assistant/Caregiver in Singapore Cheshire Home, a place where our residents affectionately call their “home”. A place for the rehabilitation, encouragement, stimulation and happiness of our residents and clients.  We care for the seriously disabled having no or limited means and whose families, if any, are unable to provide adequate care.

I work under the guidance of Nursing Officers to help implement and support resident-care plans, which include providing services to aid physical care and psycho-emotional care optimising residents’ quality of life. Deeply committed to treating my clients with dignity and respect, my goal is to win their trust and alleviate any embarrassment or anxiety they may feel when needing assistance with their daily needs.

It can be challenging at times, but I truly enjoy working with young/elderly residents. Though I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents, the ongoing lessons I have learned from them in return made a lasting impact in my life. I have always taken the “giver” in “caregiver” seriously and as such have devoted myself to the selfless care of all my clients. I take an approach that focuses on dedicating myself to ensuring not only the health clients, but also their happiness.

I’m currently working for about 5 years now here in Singapore Cheshire Home as Nursing Assistant , providing nursing care to young and elderly who are severely disabled. 

I graduated in a prestigious college in the Philippines  (Union Christian College )as a BSN on March 2017. I got my licence as nurse on same year.
