• 15 years in IT fields which are project management, business analysing, impact analysing, consulting, testing, and supporting technically across multiple industries as Banking & Finance Telemetric (Auto mobile motor), Telecom and Logistic.
• Skillful in Managing the budget and resources, controlling the project schedule, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, User Stories Walkthrough, User Acceptance Testing, Stakeholder engagement, Presenting, Communication between IT system, business users, and vendors.
• Hands-on experience on multiple projects in Banking industry.
• Passed experience in core banking industry including Deposit, Cards and Landing, Home Loan, Money Market, Forex, Security, Derivatives, Cash management system and payment system, Telecommunication, Ecommerce and Logistic management system. 

• Monitor the cost estimation and calculate budget for APAC region projects (Remittance and payment systems such as PayCIS, SAA, Firco, SMAR&TS, SWIFT Payment system, etc).
• Monitor and control the project timeline for APAC region projects.
• Stakeholder engagement (communication, facilitating meeting, Q&A handling, interview, control the requirements scope and scope changes)
• Create and follow up the WBS and WBS activities.
• Prepare project plan, Business requirement documents, and briefing materials as needed.
• Control and manage UAT and training. 
• Follow up on Issues, Risk, QA (System/Business User)
• Manage project risk, plan BCP and implement the risk mitigation plans.
• Engage with UAT, Migration proposals, deliverable tasks with MAS, IT system teams and external vendors.
• Onboarding and offboarding the access management
