Leading a team of 20 Executive, Senior Executive, Senior Section Manager providing Appointment, Deployment and Record Management services for up to 40 agencies, department and organ of state. In addition to leading the team, some of the key projects and impactful changes includes eliminating a few months worth of record management backlog using data analytics and design thinking; collaborated with MINDEF/MHA/PSD/NCS to resolve Full Time National Service interface issues across systems, improving interface success rates. Re-engineered pre-service appointment formalities using A.I avatar (in process), working with PSD/AGD/NCS to perform data preparation, training, SOP for upcoming General election as well as driving WOG using online Authority Approval in HRP.
