Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various venues, including five-star hotels, casinos, pubs, clubs, high-end cocktail bars, and fine-dining restaurants. This diverse background has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry from different perspectives, across APAC, North America, and Europe.

One of my strengths lies in my ability to combine creativity with a results-driven mindset. I possess a deep knowledge of design, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, which has allowed me to lead high-performance teams and improve productivity while reducing costs. I have a knack for problem-solving and transforming ideas into actionable strategies that optimize productivity and positively impact the bottom line.

I am truly passionate about exceeding customer expectations and enforcing high standards for both individual staff and team performance. I strongly believe in nurturing talent within the business, creating motivated and enthusiastic teams that take pride in their work. This approach not only fosters personal growth but also contributes to the overall success and growth of the business.

In addition to my role as the founder, owner, and managing partner of Panamericana and Fireside Sentosa, I am also an investor and advisor in Bamboo Bowls, a tech-inspired, healthy bowls fast-food brand. As Panamericana and Fireside Sentosa continue to thrive, my most recent project, Fireside at Sentosa Cove, has been garnering attention as a cocktail bar and lounge specializing in late-night drinking and live entertainment, drawing inspiration from late-night supper clubs in NYC.

After 10 years in Singapore, I am looking to step away from my business interests and looking for a change of perspective and exciting challenge where I can bring my experience and expertise. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of working together.
