Commissioning of new concrete plant (May 2016 – Sept 2019)

• Participated in key functions such as project planning, plant setup, blueprint & technical design, test runs, and stakeholder’s management.
• Fulfilled compliance requirements of various government bodies such as BCA, NEA, and CAG within schedule.
• Liaised with marketing team in the execution of TOA with main contractor.
• Liaised with maincon (HSJV) on material dispatch for CTB stockpile and liaise with BCA for report incoming material.

Singapore Changi Airport (September 2015 – May 2016)

• Acted as project key member to be responsible for overall plant operations, product quality, production volume & yield, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Contributed in key responsibilities such as project workflow coordination, plant production performance, materials management, quality management, permits & safety compliance, and customer support services in the construction of rigid pavement for airport T4 parking bay stand.
• Successfully meet the project schedule with zero fatality and zero workplace accident while meeting strict production requirements such as humidity, weather forecast, working condition, and flight operations to ensure project deliverables are met without affecting airport operation.
• Involved in the first CTB and CTGS (Cement Treated Base) process in Southeast Asia within the Changi Airport Airfield for taxiway construction and emerged as top performer among other competitors by delivering top notch precision with zero error.
• Maintained strong client relationship by providing consistent consultation support.
• Resolved manpower shortage and insufficient hiring budget through effective work planning for a team of 4 members to complete various vital tasks ahead of schedule (such as concrete production, formula adjustment, formula fine tuning, trial & error, and final application).

Lab Quality Control (July 2014 – September 2015)

• Performed site test to identify cause of structural failure caused by quality issue or casting method and advised the contractor to improve on concrete processing technique, which leads to savings of manpower costs and time.
• Expedited raw material quality checks to ensure government bodies such as BCA and HDB strict requirements and testing are met with zero time delay.
• Performed test on heat of hydration of cement on affecting concrete performance and temperature monitoring on thick concrete structure casting and meets LTA & project spec requirement with zero failure.
• Attend trial mix of customer of various sites and provide slump test to meet customer and project requirement on concrete quality.
