 Nov 2022 - Aug 2023:  HR Project “APAC & Australia” 
                                     :  PREQIN – (Singapore) - Financial & Data solutions

  • Develop change management strategies to support successful implementation of HR projects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Led the onboarding process for APAC & Australia, while collaborating closely with a global team “EMEA & USA” to formulate innovative projects for Preqin worldwide and ensure proper exit procedures are followed.
  • Oversee the seamless integration of new employees “APAC & Australia”, ensuring a comprehensive orientation, training, and assimilation into the company's culture.
  • Engage with diverse global stakeholders to ideate, develop, and execute new projects that fostered Preqin's international growth and overarching objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the background check process for all potential new hires in APAC & Australia.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that align with the organization.
  • Responsible for overseeing the employee confirmation process and mid probation review.
  • Identify training needs, design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees in alignment with business needs.
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.
  • Support and/or organize leadership training to managers and other employees on topics such as conflict management, team building, and coaching skills.
  • Support the team to drive Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, action and improvement plans.


Feb 2020 - Nov 2022: HR Business Partner - APAC

                                   : Efficient Networks International - (Singapore) - Software - Engineering

  • Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and competency development to optimize for business objectives. 
  • Manage the performance management and performance appraisal. 
  • Create job analysis and design job descriptions and KPI's for each position.
  • Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with Department heads.
  • Create competency framework with CBI, KBI for Efficient Networks. 
  • Updating the management with weekly reports includes sales team KPi's.
  • Formulate and implement strategy plans for (Biometrics and I2payslip Projects).
  • Primary contact for the HRIS system which are HR DOC & i2Payslip.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for (Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar team).
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers in Singapore and Overseas. 
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors, (i.e. external recruiters) associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

  • Create Job Analysis and Design Job Descriptions and KPIs for each position.
  • Analyzing employee turnover rates and suggesting corrective action at company level.
  • Involve in the manpower planning and projection for annual budget proposal and costing.
  • Provide the appropriate business partner support in the acquisition, development and retention of talent, working in close collaboration with the regional HR and talent acquisition teams.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager and Executive in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.

  • Responsible for all Hiring Process (Job Posting, CV screening, Evaluating, Interviewing, second Interview Schedule and handle the last interview with GM).
  • Recruiting for several accounts & with different titles: Blue collars, white collars Etc.
  • Making sure that the employee signs the offers form and submits official documents.
  • Head hunting and executive search for the high positions.
  • Using different recruitment channels to source the best fitting caliber and screen CVs, then testing potential candidates and conducting competency based interviews/assessment center.

  • Follow up on the employees’ turnover analysis in every department in order to know its reasons and suggest ideas to minimize it.
