I am an experienced professional with a background in human resources, education, and content development. With a Masters Degree in leadership practices and policy development, as well as certification from the Newfield Ontological Coaching programme, I have a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and engagement. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to address strategic goals and design interventions to deepen engagement across organisations. As a coach, I have helped clients take effective actions to generate new results in their lives, and I am passionate about being a change agent for people.

I have completed the Newfield program, which is recognised as the premier coach training offer in Singapore and Asia. The programme's focus on ontological coaching has provided me with one of the most effective methodologies for personal and organisational transformation. Through ontological coaching, I have gained a deeper understanding of how we participate in the construction and co-creation of the reality we perceive and how that can facilitate the emergence of new possibilities in our personal and professional lives.
