•Manage the service QA framework as per service industry norms, including the design and execution of all QA-relevant grids.
Monitor all quality assurance metrics across assigned regions/products, and conduct calibration sessions across time zones for global teams and vendors on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with vendors across service programs, standardize, train & execute on QA frameworks.
Conduct and assign Re-audits on vendors to ensure the standard of quality is consistent.
Overall POC for Quality Framework.
All newly hired QA across TIKTOK & vendors will go through Calibration and accreditations with me first before they start doing any audits.

•Ensure the Dashboard is updated on a monthly basis to showcase the monthly trends to the respective team lead and ensure coaching is done for poor performing agents.
