I am an established L&D and Operation with a proven employment track record across the Aviation (Airlines), Tourism & Hospitality, Retail, and F&B industries. 

Working for McDonald’s and SIA has not only provided me with the fundamental knowledge of how to operate a business but has also made me understand the importance of stakeholder relationship management and systematization.

In various roles, my experiences inclusive of training and development management, human resource management, and operations management.

I have a degree in business administration. I have obtained multiple professional certifications including ACTA, ISO 22k - Internal Auditor.
