I am a licensed real estate salesperson (registered with CEA) based in Singapore with more than 11 years’ experience advising clients who are keen to invest in overseas properties, especially the Australian and New Zealand property market.
My main roles and responsibilities include:
- Selling of international properties to Singaporean buyers.
- Follow-up on new sales leads and prospects and make sales recommendations.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients and prospects.
- Participate in company activities such as exhibitions on weekends.
- Keep apprised of changes in the international property market
I hold both Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University (UK), and Master of Applied Finance from The University of Adelaide (Australia). I am also a Certified International Property Specialist (awarded by the National Association of Realtors).

I started in this company on 1 Aug’17 where my main focus is to sell the Australia residential property to Singaporean buyers for either investment purpose or for own occupation. The markets which I have been selling are mainly Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast. The types of property that I have experienced in selling are apartment units, townhouses and, land and house packages.
Key achievement: within 6 months from when I started, I managed to close walked-in exhibition leads of 5 luxury apartment units of The Star Residences, Gold Coast, and 3 land and house packages in Melbourne West. Most recently, I have closed a townhouse unit at 8 Tonga Place for Wolfbrook Property Group despite we only had 2 exhibition events in Singapore.

I joined in this company in early 2016 and mainly selling Bangkok properties from Thailand. The key property type was residential apartments.
Key achievement: within a short span of 3 months, I have managed to close 3 deals with a total commission of more than S$12,000.

I started off in marketing overseas properties to Singaporean buyers since late 2011. The projects were mainly from Malaysia, UK, and Australia. I have experienced in digital marketing activities such as Google ads, eDM, social media, and telemarketing.
Key achievement: within 24 months, I have managed to close 54 deals of Malaysian properties in which majority of the deals were apartment units (some of the deals were land and houses).
