I lead the marketing and business efforts to help expand the business in Taipei and Hangzhou in the past 5 years. Executed strategies in engaging Key Opinion Leaders ("KOLs") in breast cancer in Taiwan. Meeting with well-known surgeons throughout the island and successfully converting 8 out of the top 10 breast cancer doctors in Taiwan to sell the core business of diagnostic tests. The marketing team grew from zero presence in 2017 in Taiwan to have - 50% market share in the breast cancer prognostic testing space in Taiwan today. Generating close to USD5m per annum in revenue. In 2019, the company expanded to Hangzhou, China and I decided to move to Hangzhou and help out the business. I took on a business development role in China and within 6 months, alongside my team started strategic discussions with most of the top players in the clinical aid diagnostic space in China to look for a local partner. We successfully partnered with Simcere Pharmaceutical Group in Beijing (HK: 020296, USD 4.1 bn market cap) after more than one year of engagement and negotiation.
