Wei Hao Tan Godwin

An experienced and licensed professional in transaction, project and facilities management across the region, with proven track records managing more than 360,000 square feet for a headcount of 2700 across 20 countries with a reporting team of eight direct hires in the multi-national corporations. Having managed an annual operating expense of US Dollars $14 million is now seeking to extend my passion and contribution in a growing corporation across Asia and globally.

Greetings. A brief self-introduction, my name is Godwin Tan Wei Hao. I am a Singaporean,  Business Development Manager with EM Real Estate. As an interest and a believer in continuous improvement, currently pursuing a course in Professional Real Estate Investing, Private Equity. I am also a certified lecturer for Birmingham City University teaching MSc Programmes.

My past work experience is mainly in Corporate/ Commercial Real Estate, with primary functions  in Property/ Facilities management, Brokerage & Administration of Lease Portfolio and Financial Management.  My responsibility is to manage these services in support of properties located in the Asia Pacific and Middle East. Other initiatives will include any other tasks generated by top management. My previous positions had brought me to several countries and exposed me to different cultures. 

I believe with more than 10 years of experience in real estate and facilities in various countries and multinational companies like Jones Lang LaSalle, Capitaland and other companies. I am a suitable candidate and can contribute.
