I am a versatile individual with a variety of internship experiences. I worked as a Marine Operations Assistant at Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd, where I managed documentation and coordinated projects in the maritime industry. At Wilhelmsen Group, I dealt with crucial paperwork, oversaw vessel takeovers, and conducted training for crew members, showcasing excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Overall, these experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set, including interpersonal skills, effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, independence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Despite lacking prior experience in the Human Resources field, I am confident that my dedication and skillsets make me a valuable asset to your company.
