• Support the team towards delivering financial commitment and consistently ideas and ways to help business achieve its overall insurance fee. 
• Drive processing efficiency in a timely manner. Meet SLAs and agreed turnaround time for processing of application and documentation.
• Manage relationship with insurance partners to maximize revenue potential excellence service to customers. 
• Manage relationship with internal customers to ensure smooth processing and provide good customer experience. 
• Provide effective support and guidance to WPMs, RMs & ARMs in term of documentations & processes. 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve all pre- and post- sales issue. 
• Ensure smooth delivery & execution of insurance cases through active follow up of all outstanding requirements. 
• Perform checks and review all documents prior to submission & processing. 
• Continuous improvement in operating efficiency. To initiate quality improvement projects & work closely with TQ Council member. 
• Manage controllable expenses tightly, driving spend smart programs especially on travel and business promotion line items. 
• Prepare WPMs & RMs performance data and PowerPoint slides for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually senior management, regional & external stakeholder reporting.   
• Cross training on all case management processes and follow through every case from start to end. Be effective back up and support to colleagues such that overall support is consistently above par. 
• Ensure that Compliance & Regulatory risks are adequately covered and that the Business unit is in Audit ready at all points of time.
• Strict adherence to established sales procedures and processes including performing appropriate and adequate KYC in line with AML requirements as stipulated by AML policies/procedures. 
• Involved in Project assigned and work closely with project team in different time zone. Assist in Governance and Control for reconciliation, internal & external audit purposes.
