Xian Chang Tan

I’m an engineering graduate from Nanyang Technological University with experience preparing proposals and managing project documentation for solar-energy installations.

My work involved analysing project data, coordinating across technical and commercial teams, and ensuring documentation accuracy for both management and clients. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving.

I’m interested in roles where precision, analytical thinking, and collaboration are essential to delivering reliable results and continuous improvement.

Gained hands-on experience at SolarGy Pte Ltd, supporting project proposals, cost documentation, and cross-team coordination for solar installations. Also assisted engineers with reporting and quality documentation during an internship at Express 21 Pte Ltd. These roles developed a methodical approach to analysis, communication, and process accuracy.
