    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

    Job Purpose:

    The Assistant Property Manager will assist in managing daily operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities of the property. They will ensure the property is well-maintained, fully leased, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their living and working environments

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, repair, and upkeep.


    • Assist in the leasing and marketing efforts of the property


    • Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests and complains in a timely and professional manner


    • Assist in preparing leases and lease renewals


    • Coordinate and oversee tenant move-in and move-out procedures


    • Collect rent and other fees from tenants


    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property information


    • Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance and safety issues


    • Assist in developing and implementing property management policies and procedures


    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure that work performed is of high quality and completed in a timely manner


    • Ensure that the property is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, real estate, or a related field


    • 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential property management


    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload


    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
