    What you can expectThe Equities Trading Data and Analytics (DNA) team is a key part of the wider Global Markets Technology team and is aligned with the Electronic, High-Touch & Portfolio Trading Equity Technology teams. The teams develop and maintain software for the Equities Trading business in the Global Markets and Investment Banking Group, providing innovative solutions all of which either rely on highly available real-time and historical data or produce it. The tech teams work very closely and collaboratively with each other and the Equities business.The Data and Analytics (DNA) team designs, develops and maintains high-throughput, high-availability systems for real-time capture, distribution and retention of vast amounts of market data and order and execution data, across the Equities Trading business. The APAC team is based in Singapore with responsibility across the APAC region. The team ensures the smooth running of the various plants and the availability and distribution of data, reports and analytics. Equity trading, especially electronic trading, depends on high volume, high quality data. This includes real-time and historical market data for algorithmic trading and transactional cost analysis as well as accurate trading data for reporting to clients, regulators and internal consumers. The quality and availability of data allows for sophisticated quantitative analysis of trading performance which drives improvement of the trading platforms and innovation in new product offerings.This position is for a well-rounded hybrid BA-PM to work in the equities data space as we push towards new levels of data quality and consistency. You should have experience of working closely with business and technology subject-matter experts, facilitating and managing the pipeline of design, development and deployment of complex data-related changes, reports and processes. You will have worked in a large organization, ideally a bank or similar and be used to its processes, constraints and methodologies, but also appreciative of the connections that make things happen.f you have worked with front-office equities data, that is perfect and even better if you have exposure to the HK Securities & Futures Commission's Data Standards for the Order Lifecycle, but having worked closely with real complex business data would also be great. You should be comfortable taking loose requirements and turning them into precise, actionable pieces of work, being able to articulate the details to stakeholders and developers and follow that through to delivery. You relish the opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert in a complex field and you will work alongside true experts on that journey.What you will do
  • Become an expert in equities trading data usage, management and quality, especially around regulatory commitments.
  • Work together with the global team and the local team to provide connections, project management and globally-aligned business analysis to support the development and extension of our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with our business partners to agree requirements and provide advice and expertise in the mapping of these to actionable pieces of work, following these through into production.
  • Build and share management and stakeholder reporting around both development activities and on-going data quality status.
  • Support Programme Managers with effective estimation and breakdown of significant pieces of work into deliverable units.
  • Escalate delays and conflicts to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.About Bank of America
