    Roles & Responsibilities

    HR Executive

    Working Days: 5 days
    Working Hours: pm
    Address: Kallang
    Salary : $3400 - $3800

    Recruitment:

    • Draft recruitment job advertisement in all portals.
    • In charge recruitment
    • Arrange interview for shortlist candidates
    • Assist recruitment selection
    • Conduct interview

    HR Admin:

    • Documents preparation, include employment contract, job offer letter etc
    • Create P-files in dropbox and maintain P-files
    • Data management of personal details in HR system
    • Support and provide monthly labour costing report and other cost saving, efficiency report
    • Insurance claim for workman compensation, FW insurance
    • Prepare letter for long service award, confirmation, promotion, etc
    • Prepare birthday voucher and update excel record
    • Appraisal Module to Follow up Monthly
    • Organise company events.

    Work Pass / MOM:

    • Submit and issue all kinds of work pass/spass
    • Check and maintain quota validity
    • Fill up and Submit MOM survey report

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred.
    • Min 2 years of HR Executive experience including payroll, recruitment.
    • Project Management
    • Familiar local HR practices and employment-related laws & regulations.
    • Immediately start will preferred.
