Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. - Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. - Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires are set up for success. - HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS.
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
