Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Monitor and maintain the company's computer networks and systems, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
Maintain and update network security protocols to protect the company's sensitive data and information.
Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with IT partners to design and implement new hardware and software solutions to meet the company's evolving needs.
Develop and maintain documentation of network and system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, making recommendations for system improvements and upgrades as necessary.
Train and support end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in network and system administration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and end-users.
