    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide secretarial support to the Director, including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments

    Management of email correspondences, drafting of replies

    Attending to guests and visitors - Preparation for meetings

    Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.

    General office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls

    Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    Fresh graduates are welcome

    Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry

    A positive work attitude and willingness to learn

    Good interpersonal and communication skills

    Self-driven and highly-motivated

    Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

    Have initiative, independent and well-organised - Enjoy communicating with people
