Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Loyang

5 Days Work Week/ Hybrid work arrangement (office & WFH)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500

Job Type: 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a range of accounting tasks across various modules, including Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
Manage assigned financial modules and cost centers
Prepare monthly/yearly reports, schedules, and reconciliations
Assist with GST reporting
Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with statutory requirements
Month-end/year-end closing, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and assist with audits
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy
2-3 years of experience in the service industry
Experience with a full set of accounts (Synergix ERP a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Energetic, results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
