    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage technical inquiries, follow up on customer requests, and prepare quotations.
    • Offer technical and sales support to the Sales teams.
    • Handle a group of customer accounts, prepare weekly sales reports, and generate additional reports as needed.
    • Understand customer needs, requirements, and applications, and recommend products and services accordingly.
    • Perform technical calculations and sizing for high-pressure pumps, valves, etc.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries such as quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain a customer-focused approach and strive to exceed customer expectations whenever possible.
    • Regularly update the customer database and quotation status in the SAP system, maintaining sales records.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's complete range of products and services.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • Hold at least a Diploma in any Engineering/Technical Field.
    • Preferably have 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Prior experience in a similar industry, technical support/customer service, or handling technical sales related to mechanical/hydraulics is highly desirable.
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
    • Meticulous with excellent follow-up skills.
    • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
    • Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision and multitasking.
