    Job Description

  • Assist the team with customer feedback analytics and reporting.
  • Assist to administer the global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
  • Assist to plan, develop and execute relevant service campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture
  • Review and update current standards and guidelines including managing and updating Brand Playbook
  • Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
  • Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and ReviewPro ORM systems)
  • Assist team in adhoc projects or tasks when required
