- Possessinga Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering,Sustainability, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Havinga minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development or salesroles, preferably in the manufacturing industry or related sectors.
- Havinga strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations,and manufacturing processes.
