About Us:

Linkgas Engineering Enterprise is a leading provider of fire protection services in Singapore, dedicated to ensuring the safety of lives and property through reliable and innovative fire protection solutions. We specialize in the design, installation, and servicing of cutting-edge fire suppression systems and products.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of fire protection services and products. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance the performance of individual team members.

2.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of our fire protection services and products.

3.Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and specifications.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for management.

4.Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

5.Contract Negotiations:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and standards.
Work closely with the legal and finance departments to finalize and execute contracts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
Excellent understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with fire protection services and products is a plus.
