- Technology Leadership: Reporting to the CEO to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and align technology initiatives with business goals
- Software Architecture: Lead the transformation of our software architecture, ensuring it's scalable, secure, and able to meet the needs of the customer and incorporate new AI driven tools
- Product Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings with focus on artificial intelligence concepts and be experienced in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions in healthcare industry and big data analytics.
- Technical Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
- Research & Development: Focus in Generative AI ("Gen AI"), Large Language Model ("LLM") and Natural Language Processing ("NLP") to join our
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's or PHD in Artificial intelligence, Big Data analytics, Deep Learning or Inference, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Model related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Inference Acceleration or related field with a further 8 years in leadership/management
- Hands-on experience in deploying AI models on GPU
- Demonstrated experience in AI/ML technologies, with a specific focus on AI inference, optimisation, and apply with healthcare industry big data techniques.
- Familiar with cloud, microservices, containerization and other related technologies.
- Experience in building, leading, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of innovating and executing new ideas
- Have prior working experience in large technology organizations such as Google, Facebook Meta, OpenAI, Microsoft, IBM, etc What's on Offer
