Responsibilities:

Partner with Consumer Banking Payments team to drive Digital Payment methods including Paynow, reduction of cash usage and grow the Overseas transfer business.

Utilizing Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from informed decision making and drive business management. Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through development of control towers/alerts

Identify key trends on customer journey and product usage behavior. Drive continuous experiments to increase acquisition as well as engagement of customers. Develop competitive landscape and impact of macro factors on business.

Create visualizations and present clear, concise and actionable insights to the key stakeholders. Lead discussions on analytic opportunities and interpretation of results.

Own the enhancement/development of new reports. Drive automation and minimize manual reporting.

Work closely with Data management team to enable seamless migration to new data platform.

Requirements:

Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines

At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with data management and analytics in the banking industry.

Good coding skills - Pyspark/SQL. Basic understanding of SAS is a plus.

Must have strong analytical skills and presentation skills, highly numerate and proactive. Self-initiator with positive attitude.

Good interpersonal and communication skill in dealing with all levels of staff, stakeholders and senior management

Strong Project management skills.

Good problem solving skills and team player.

Demonstrate Critical Thinking and ability to suggest improvements.
