Roles & Responsibilities

About the client:

Our client is a reputed MNC

Java Application Production Support – 12 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle coverage support (24x7 mobile support) and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issue.
Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
Work with Infrastructure / Cloud operations teams for any change requests, issues, patching activities etc.
Perform deployment & release management activities.
Collaborate with development squad to provide insights for defect fix by providing analysis performed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / any related field
4+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC, MySQL
Experience in Linux and shell scripting.
Hands on experience in SQL, AWS Services, ITSM Tools
Experience in Release Management activities
Knowledge in Splunk & Datadog.
