    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) to join a Qualified Full Bank. Handling Reception counter and ensure incoming mails are handed over to the relevant Departments in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Selection

    1. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
    2. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
    3. Arranging visitors form/safe management requirements at reception for all visitors
    4. Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and customers
    5. Respond to public inquiries on phone or face to face
    6. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
    7. Pick up and deliver the mail
    8. Open and stamp all general correspondence
    9. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
    10. Assist in the planning and preparation of meeting, conferences and conference telephone calls
    11. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
    12. Provide administrative services to Operations Department as and when required
    13. Clear cheques and branch requests
    14. Carry out Premises related work when Premises Manager is not around
    15. Ad-hoc duties that other department colleagues have tasked me to do.
    16. Distribute stationery to our Operations staff
    17. Send out DHL and couriers
    18. Documents received by hand to key into mail register and distribute
    19. Franking of mails and posting them at Singpost
    20. Preparing of franking monthly balance report, checking and topping up balance
    21. Collection of UOB bags and slips at UOB Centre
    22. Stock count of First Aid Supplies twice monthly
    23. Generating of Server Room Access IT Report monthly

    Requirements:

    1. Diploma or degree in any field
    2. Prior experience as a receptionist/ front desk executive preferably in Banking or other regulated FIs
    3. Consistent, professional, good manner and polite, customer oriented
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    5. Well organized, detail oriented, very meticulous, systemmatic and able to handle multiple requirements at one point of time
    6. Process oriented and adaptive to any given process
    7. Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with multiple priorities
