    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Arrange technical advisors/supervisors' logistics and including travel arrangements and control of visas, permits and Jurong island pass
    • Arrange technical advisors/supervisors' accommodation
    • Management of office supplies such as Personal Protective Equipment.
    • Assistant of the coordination with construction partners
    • Organize and manage drawings at the site office.
    • Coordinate Overage, Shortage and Damage ("OSD")* goods with construction partner and monitor the status in headquarter in Japan.
    • Support Organising and managing installation records, witness test time management
    • Other Ad-hoc, logistics and accommodation arrangement or order processing assignment as tasked.

    Requirement:

    • Diploma in any field with at least 2 years' experience in site administration preferably.

    Additional information:

    • Located near Jurong Island
    • Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
    • Two Years Contract
    • Company Van provided at Jurong East MRT Station
    • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $4500 (Depending on experience)
