- Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties in engineering department.
- Deal with customers via multiple communication channels such as telephones, email and other CRM tools.
- Process service job sheets, updating job status in CRM, scheduling future work cases for engineers, based on the information from tenders and quotation.
- Processing engineering quotation on repair work or spare parts request from customers. Liaising with engineers on identification of correct spare parts for quote.
- Processing POs and SOs for spare parts and liaising with customers on updates for delivery.
- Consignment of spare parts to engineers.
- Follow up with customers on issuance of POs.
- Follow up on billing of parts and services.
- Close communication & coordination with sales department to ensure service issues are handled and closed promptly.
- Record case data and customer information accurately into AX system for ease of reporting and follow-up.
- Submit and follow up on closure of warranty claims to Principals.
- Filing of documents, scanning and archiving documents electronically
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.
- Min. Diploma in any disciplines.
- Previous experience in similar role/responsibility will be an advantage.
- Good computer skill in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good command of written and spoken English / [other languages].
- This is a 6 month contract role (maternity cover)
