- Provide secretariat and staffing support for key forums and committees.
- Plan, develop, formulate and seek the necessary endorsement for the policies and guidelines related to Health IT from the required governance bodies.
- Ensure there is sufficient engagement and communication with key stakeholders like users' management, CXOs, other Heads of Departments (eg Clinical Heads) and external agencies (eg: MOH, MOHH).
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Business or Healthcare Management related degree;
- At least 5 to 8 years' experience in the Public Service or Healthcare industry;
- Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task;
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Experience in managing heterogeneous computing environments or supporting complicated health IT solutions are preferred.
