    Description
    Manage the Reservations team to meet and exceed budgeted targets. Develop the Reservations team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.

    Ensure all email traffic is monitored and reservations appropriately recorded and checked and to ensure the maximization of all bedrooms and hotel sales opportunities.

    He/She need to have the communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, financial management skills, and customer service skills. To monitor the Agents' calls to ensure correct sales tactics are used and quality service is provided.

    He/She has to ensure all sales and reservations are performed with adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.
