    What will you do as a Digital HR practitioner?

    This is a valuable opportunity for a passionate Digital HR practitioner to join a hybrid People Analytics and Solutions team. The team's twofold mandate includes driving People Analytics & the Digital HR agenda at GIC. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive employee experience, operational efficiency and robust downstream data, through designing and implementation strong digital processes. What success looks like for this role - Improved employee experience, operational efficiency and downstream data quality, in a measurable manner, through effective process and system implementation

    You will have the opportunity to impact the team's agenda of supporting insights-based people decisions, at GIC and join a team with an established roadmap of impactful projects.

  • Act as a business analyst and effectively design and implement HR processes, through in-depth understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements, between HR teams and technical teams, to build planning modules like workforce planning, compensation planning and others using Anaplan or other planning tools
  • Play the role of a communicator to Technology to articulate the digital requirement for HR and help to implement the solution with the right level of influence with Technology partners
  • Act as a project manager to manage the design, testing and roll out of new systems, processes, upgrade/enhancement requests for HR systems
  • Lead the testing, training and communication for system changes
  • Manage integrity of HR systems and data, including audit and permission control
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption of systems & processes
  • What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Degree in Business, Computing, Design or Technology
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementation or support of HRIS systems or building simulation models, on Anaplan or other planning tools
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors or similar system
  • Good knowledge in HR domain and processes
  • Have a product mindset, to create solutions with right user-experience
  • Effective team player who is independent, keen to learn, and with strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable and resilient to evolving changes and challenges
  • Displays leadership and influence, as an individual contributor to drive delivery with partners
  • Candidates with the following skills have an edge:
  • Process Design, process re-engineering or digital design experience in any field

    Project Management experience dealing with Technology and Business

    Prior working experience on Anaplan
