    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates and administers student support to enrolled and prospective students, such as conducting assessments (virtual and onsite), interviews with students, reference checks with previous school, program documentation, information sessions and student orientations.
    • Able to coordinate parent onboarding, student onboarding, periodic review on student's progression (grade wise).
    ●Able to coordinate with Facilities Management for meal planning, hygiene supervision, etc

    • Able to assess student's individual needs and collaborate with parents or department heads with regards to student placement.
    • Provides coordination of programme activities for students regarding departmental services.
    • Assists in collaboration with other colleges and/or departments to ensure a coordinated approach to student recruitment and retention activities.
    • Gather parents'/students' feedback for continuous improvement of services provided through survey.
    • Work closely with the academic team for feedback and proactive improvement plans to enhance students' learning experience.
    • Able to plan, develop and coordinate a series of regular and attractive engagement sessions and events for the students & families both on & off campus to maximize students' engagement and participation (festive season and cultural programmes).
    This will include recruitment and coordination of participants, volunteers and liaising with the academic team.

    • Responsible for effective communication between school and parent.
    • Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred to cater to students needs from China.
    • Service oriented with excellent communication skills.
    • Previous working experience in the service industry will be advantageous.
    • Ability to create and deliver Presentations and Proposals.
    • Prior experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
