    Description

    Job Summary

    • The Business Support Specialist will be based in our Benoi-Singapore office and will be responsible for providing support to our sales & service team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
    • This role requires a proactive and detail- oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to achieve monthly collection target
    • Support office administration for the sales & service department.
    • Maintaining proper and systematic filings
    • Track and ensure company vehicles insurance and road tax is renewed on time
    • Other ad hoc duties assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    • Fluent in English
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales and service support/administration or managing accounts receivables process for heavy equipment
