- Supporting the accounts payable and account receivable processes, which includes processing invoices, checking and issuing receipts, updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS), and etc.
- Assisting in financial analysis and planning tasks, including data extraction, analysis, presentation of findings and insights.
- Supporting the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
- Participating in discussions regarding process improvement to enhance efficiency and streamline Finance Team workflows.
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, or any other relevant studies.
- Past internship experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
